Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough financial needs analyses for clients and recommend tailored solutions that best address their financial goals.
  • Manage and host online presentations via Zoom to educate and onboard potential clients.
  • Utilize a business expansion mindset to identify and cultivate new business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect and build rapport with potential clients.
  • A proactive approach to seeking new business opportunities.
  • Current 214 life insurance license is a plus.
  • Experience in reading and analyzing financial illustrations.

 

Compensation and Benefits: This position is commission-based, with a salary range between $85K and $125K.

We are currently seeking an ambitious and experienced Director of Expansion who excels in sales enablement, recruiting, and team leadership. This role is pivotal in scaling our operations and driving our strategic vision for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead the recruitment process by scheduling and conducting interviews with potential hires, specifically targeting licensed life insurance agents.
  • Design and implement robust sales enablement strategies to maximize team performance and revenue growth.
  • Foster strong relationships with top-tier sales talent, focusing on high-level recruitment to build a formidable sales force.

Wealth Guard Financial, a leading firm in the financial services industry, is seeking a highly organized, efficient, and motivated Part-Time Office Assistant. This individual will play a pivotal role in supporting our team by managing data entry tasks, analyzing and processing leads, leveraging AI integrations for prompt lead responses, and handling communications through our web dialer. The ideal candidate will have a knack for technology, an analytical mindset, and exceptional communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Entry and Management: Accurately input and update client and lead information in our sales CRM to ensure all data is current and accessible.
  • Lead Analysis and Processing: Review incoming leads to assess their potential, categorize them accordingly, and input relevant data into our systems. Use analytical skills to translate raw data into actionable insights.
  • AI Integration and Lead Response: Utilize AI tools and integrations to respond quickly and efficiently to new leads, ensuring a high level of engagement and customer satisfaction.
  • Communication and Scheduling: Operate the web dialer to make and receive calls, managing appointments, and scheduling meetings for our financial professionals. Ensure all communications are professional and align with Wealth Guard Financial’s standards.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed, including but not limited to document preparation, file management, and supporting team members with ad-hoc requests.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in administrative duties is a plus.
  • Proven experience in an administrative or office assistant role, preferably within the financial services industry.
  • Strong proficiency in CRM software and data entry tools; familiarity with AI technologies and web dialer systems is highly desirable.
  • Excellent analytical skills with an ability to interpret and translate data into meaningful insights.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, with a proficiency in English.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive, self-motivated individual who can work independently with minimal supervision.

Work Environment:

This is a part-time position with flexible hours to accommodate the dynamic needs of our team and clients.
